I say this as someone who just got into Everdell and thinks it is an absolutely brilliant game, but who also goes to game nights where we routinely have 5-6 players. From Everfrost to Bellsong, many peaceful years have passed in Everdell — but the time has come for new territories to be settled and new cities to be established. If you gain value from the 100 articles Jamey publishes on this blog each year, please consider championing this content! Anyway their new kickstarter seems really succesful so hopefully they can use the money and experience from this to make really good games in the future.

If the retailer is already getting a discount off the MSRP it’s still a good deal even without a bulk discount. I must also add that Board Game Bliss has been providing excellent service which of course adds to the enjoyment! My wife loved the look of Everdell when we first got it in and we would have had a copy ourselves if it hadn’t sold so quickly. I understand that this is a heated topic right now, so while I’m very curious to hear your thoughts in the comments, please keep it civil and on topic, and provide context for criticisms.

But I also understand the appeal of the complete collection, as it reduces a lot of potential waste (you just need to make 1 box, not 6 boxes).

Play against automated opponents including the dastardly Rugwort and cunning Nightweave and meet heroes of renown like Corrin Evertail himself.

As you start to add new expansions with old content, the number of variations can quickly escalate, I imagine Everdell could have hundreds of unique reward combinations if they chose to, which would be overwhelming.
